Coast NZ Construction is a family owned and operated business in the Bay of Plenty area. Jimmy and his wife, Charlie Dow, decided to go out on their own and start their Company in 2014. Jimmy and Charlie both believe in working together for the greater good, and sharing in their successes with their whole team. Jimmy has had over 20 years of experience in the building industry and enjoys working closely with his clients to create the home that they have always wanted.
We provide support to our clients with early involvement in their projects, adding value at the design stage to ensure a smooth transition throughout the job. Coast NZ Construction builds strong relationships with all of our clients, consultants and sub-contractors to deliver the highest quality projects on time. We pride ourselves on honesty and integrity, ensuring the satisfaction of our clients with a can-do attitude.
Coast NZ Construction provides open communication from start to finish of a job, between our site foreman, architects and sub-contractors. Jimmy is always available to clients, as are our site foreman running their jobs. Jimmy believes communication is key, keeping clients up-to-date at every turn with weekly targets and progress meetings. We like to think we can make it an easy stress free process for clients.
When it comes to building homes we like to run our jobs with an open book for all of our clients. This way our clients get the most out of their budget and can see exactly where their money is going.
