This Omanu home was in need of an update and took on a massive transformation.  The team had their work cut out for them on this technical beast.  A challenging job as we had to keep it water tight, removing the old curves of the building to reveal a very modern stand out beach house.  A stunning cedar home with breath taking 180 degree views right along the coast to Mount Maunganui.  This job included a new modern kitchen and scullery, 3 new bathrooms with stunning floor to ceiling tiles.  The team re-pitched, re-roofed and re-clad the home to complete the transformation and upgrade.  New tinted joinery throughout with large opening sliders in the kitchen and living spaces create the indoor outdoor flow of the beach house.  New mahogany decking to the upper storey matches beautifully with the cedar. Glass balustrades ensure the views are not impeded.  A massive thank you to the Coast NZ team and the clients, this home is one we are all very proud of.
