This new modern family home was a pleasure to be involved with.  This couple was moving from Auckland to Omokoroa for a slower more relaxed lifestyle and their home needed to mirror that.  Internal ply ceilings add some beautiful features, tiled bathrooms and a very functional kitchen.  This couple also added extra insulation and upgraded their joinery for extra warmth during winter and extra cool during the summer months.  Creating a great environment to live and work from.
