This renovation was a huge transformation of this iconic Mount Maunganui home.  Blood, sweat and tears were poured in as it changed from Puerta del Sol to this modern and stylish kiwi beach pad.  On the golf course in Mount Maunganui this four bedroom, five bathroom home offers amazing views and sea peeps.  More light was needed in the interior and less orange was needed on the exterior with a serious update to the tired plaster cladding.  The clients were able to live onsite throughout the build, with the Coast Team finishing it in stages.  Jimmy worked with the clients from when they were looking to purchase a property on the golf course, to engaging Dylan from Coalese Architecture, throughout the build until the final product.  Stu the Coast NZ Project Manager did an amazing job making sure the work flowed seamlessly, even during the covid lockdowns and material shortages.  This home now boasts plastered floors, curved walls and a spectacular cedar ceiling with negative details around the curves.  Floor to ceiling tiled bathrooms and custom-made shelving and units to suit the spaces.  The final product of this home has exceeded the expectations of these happy clients, they really have made this space their own and enjoy their family and entertaining times in the new space.
